CQC-registered care homes

Families ask AI to make sense of care options under pressure. Can it verify the care you actually provide?

Citemark measures care-type, location, fee, facility and family-decision questions, then aligns the website, CQC facts and independent evidence behind a responsible shortlist.

  • Public-site check in about 60 seconds
  • No email required to see the score
  • No rankings or lead-volume guarantees

Best fit: CQC-registered homes in England with a clear enquiry process, accurate service information and occupancy goals.

Where the shortlist starts

Your buyer is not searching for “GEO”. They are trying to make a safe decision.

We build the prompt set around the commercial questions that narrow a real shortlist—not vanity questions about whether an assistant knows your brand name.

01

Care need

A family is trying to distinguish residential, nursing, dementia, respite and specialist support—and whether the home is suitable.

02

Safety and trust

CQC facts, staffing and leadership information, environment, policies, reviews and visit experience need to form a coherent picture.

03

Practical decision

Fees, funding context, availability, location, visiting, facilities and the assessment process determine the next call or visit.

The evidence system

Five things have to line up before a recommendation is plausible.

We inspect the website, the business entity and the independent sources that can support a claim. Structured data helps machines interpret evidence; it does not manufacture trust by itself.

01

Layer 1

Eligibility

Care, fee, facility, location and contact information must be public, indexable and easy to find from each home’s page.

02

Layer 2

Provider entity

Provider, registered location, manager, contact and service details should match the current CQC record and other profiles.

WORKING OUTPUT

Provider and location fact sheet

03

Layer 3

Family answers

Pages should explain care types, suitability, assessment, daily life, fees, visiting, facilities, availability handling and next steps.

04

Layer 4

Care evidence

Specific visible practice, named accountability, current policies and properly sourced facts are stronger than generic ‘home from home’ language.

05

Layer 5

Independent trust

CQC records, NHS profile data where relevant, reviews, local sources and directories need to agree with the home’s website.

Risk and accuracy

Sensitive decisions need current, verifiable information.

Care content concerns people who may be vulnerable. We avoid suitability promises, invented availability and unsupported quality claims, and route operational statements to the provider.

  • Registered location and service facts checked against CQC information
  • Fees and availability described with dates and clear conditions
  • Health and care claims require an accountable internal reviewer
  • Resident stories and images used only with appropriate permission

Before you decide

Questions from cqc-registered care homes

Can the page show live room availability?

Only if the provider has a reliable process or system to keep it current. Otherwise we explain how availability is confirmed and give a clear contact route rather than publishing a stale claim.

Will you rewrite our CQC rating?

No. We use the current public record accurately and can explain what the service offers beyond the rating. We do not obscure, alter or misrepresent regulator information.

How do you handle resident privacy?

We do not need personal resident data for measurement. Stories, reviews, photographs and case evidence are used only when the provider confirms the necessary permission and safeguarding process.

Can you guarantee more self-funded enquiries?

No. We can focus the prompt and content plan on the questions self-funding families ask, but answer appearance and enquiry conversion cannot be guaranteed.

Is one Core plan enough for a care group?

Core is best for one priority location or a tightly shared group scope. Several homes create distinct local prompt sets and evidence, so Growth or a phased location plan is usually more credible.

Free readiness scan

Check what a machine can verify on your public site.

The scan checks technical access, entity clarity, answer coverage and visible trust signals. It does not pretend to measure live recommendations.

Takes around 10–20 seconds. Your real readiness score and top three findings appear without an email address.

Adding the business name and town improves the entity checks. It does not trigger a search of private or logged-in systems.
