IMPLEMENT · £595 / month

Measurement plus implementation, not another dashboard subscription.

Core is a £595-per-month rolling retainer for one UK business location. Every month we re-measure 30 agreed buyer prompts, maintain your technical and entity foundations, build or substantially improve two priority answer assets, keep your Google Business Profile aligned, and send an evidence report showing exactly what changed. Rolling monthly — cancel before any billing date.

Rolling monthly; cancel before the next billing date. VAT is not added — Citemark is not VAT registered. A £595 Deep Report started within the last 30 days is credited in full against your first invoice.

Scope

Exactly what Core includes.

The scope below is the same scope in our terms and our fulfilment checklist. If an item is not listed, it is not included — that is what keeps the price fixed.

30 prompts measured monthly

The same agreed prompt set re-observed each month, so movement is interpretable — you see what changed after each round of work, not a one-off snapshot.

Two priority answer assets a month

A new page, a substantial page improvement, a comparison, an evidence block or an approved decision-support asset — defined outputs, chosen from the priority list, approved by you.

Technical and entity maintenance

Rendering, crawler access, structured data, canonical signals and entity consistency kept correct within the agreed allowance — the unglamorous work that decides eligibility.

Google Business Profile work

Profile facts, categories, services and posts kept aligned with the website — the profile is one of the most-cited local sources there is.

Monthly evidence report

What was measured, what was changed, what the observations show, and what is queued next — with the raw evidence attached, every month.

Optional monthly readout

A 30-minute call with the person doing the work, if you want it. Some clients take it monthly, some quarterly, some never — the report stands alone.

Fit

Choose Core when this sounds like you.

  • One established business, one website, one location
  • You want the fixes actually implemented, not a report that becomes a to-do list
  • You can approve two pieces of work a month without a committee
  • You value being able to cancel any month over a discounted lock-in

When it is the wrong product: If you have not yet measured where you stand, do not start a retainer to find out — spend £195 first on the Snapshot.

Evidence boundaries

What Core cannot tell you

  • No guaranteed mentions, citations, rankings, enquiries or revenue — engines decide what appears
  • Two assets a month is a defined allowance, not unlimited revisions or a site redesign
  • Off-site outreach, review-generation workflow and competitor tracking sit in Growth, not Core
  • Month-to-month prompt movement is evidence, not proof — we report it with its limits

These limits are published deliberately. A provider that hides them is selling certainty nobody can deliver.

Delivery

How the work actually runs.

01

Baseline month

We agree the 30-prompt set, run the first measurement, fix the most urgent technical findings and agree the priority list with you.

02

The monthly cycle

Measure, implement the two priority assets, maintain the foundations, report with evidence. Priorities re-rank as the observations change.

03

Review as you go

Every month you see the same prompt set re-measured. If the evidence says Core is not earning its fee, you cancel before the next billing date — that pressure keeps the work honest.

Commercial terms in plain English

Before you pay.

  • £595 per month, rolling. Cancel before the next billing date; no notice period beyond that, no exit fee.
  • No VAT is added because Citemark is not VAT registered.
  • A Deep Report bought within the previous 30 days is credited in full against the first invoice.
  • Scope is one website and one location; additional locations are priced separately and stated in writing before any charge.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

Do we need the Snapshot or Deep Report first?

Strongly recommended, and we may insist for complex cases: starting a retainer without a baseline means paying retainer rates for diagnostic work. The published route is diagnose first, implement second — that is why the Deep Report credit exists.

What counts as an 'answer asset'?

A defined working output: a new page, a substantial rewrite of an existing one, a comparison, a pricing or evidence block, or an approved decision-support asset. It is not unlimited revisions, and it is not mass-produced thin pages — two good assets beat ten bad ones in this game.

Will this conflict with our SEO agency?

Usually it complements. Roughly 80% of this work is search fundamentals done properly, so we coordinate: either we implement within agreed access, or we hand your agency precise tickets and copy. What we add is the measurement layer and the AI-specific eligibility work.

Why is there no lock-in?

Because the monthly evidence report should be the retention mechanism. If the observations do not justify the fee, you should leave — and knowing that keeps our priorities honest. The trade-off is that we do not discount for longer commitments.
