DIAGNOSE · £195 one-off

Find out what AI engines actually say before spending a penny on fixing it.

The Snapshot is a £195 one-off audit for one UK business location. We agree 15 real buyer prompts with you, observe each one three times on named AI surfaces, audit your website's technical eligibility, and deliver a prioritised fix list with the raw evidence — within 48 hours, with no call required.

Payment is taken before work begins. Delivered within 2 working days of the prompt set being agreed. VAT is not added — Citemark is not VAT registered.

Scope

Exactly what Snapshot includes.

The scope below is the same scope in our terms and our fulfilment checklist. If an item is not listed, it is not included — that is what keeps the price fixed.

15 agreed buyer prompts

Discovery, comparison, fit, trust and price questions tailored to your sector and location — agreed with you before any observation runs, so you know exactly what was tested.

Three observations per prompt

AI answers vary run to run. Each prompt is observed three times, and every answer records whether you were named, cited, described accurately — and who appeared instead.

Named surfaces, labelled exactly

Every observation states the exact product or API surface used, the date and the context. We never present an API proxy as a consumer result.

Technical eligibility audit

The full readiness check behind our free scan, run properly: rendering, per-crawler access, snippet eligibility, entity data and answer coverage.

Competitor and source record

The competitors named in your prompt set and the sources the answers cited — the raw material for deciding where your evidence gaps are.

Prioritised fix list + raw evidence

What to fix first and why, with every underlying observation preserved so you — or your existing agency — can verify any claim we make.

Fit

Choose Snapshot when this sounds like you.

  • You want evidence before committing to any retainer, ours included
  • One location, one website, one decision to make
  • You have an agency or in-house person who could action a clear fix list
  • You ran the free scan and want to know what engines actually say

When it is the wrong product: If you need a full competitive baseline, a sequenced 90-day plan and a findings call, the Snapshot will feel thin — start with the £595 Deep Report.

Evidence boundaries

What Snapshot cannot tell you

  • It cannot predict future answers — AI results change with products, dates and locations
  • 15 prompts are a controlled sample, not a census of every possible question
  • It does not implement anything; it tells you what to implement and why
  • It cannot guarantee that fixing the list produces mentions — nobody can

These limits are published deliberately. A provider that hides them is selling certainty nobody can deliver.

Delivery

How the work actually runs.

01

Agree the prompt set

After checkout you complete a short intake. We draft 15 prompts for your sector and location; you approve or adjust them before anything runs.

02

Observe and audit

Each prompt runs three times on named surfaces while the technical audit runs against your public site. Everything is captured with dates and context.

03

Receive the report

Within 48 hours of the prompt set being agreed: findings, priorities, competitors, cited sources and the raw evidence. No call required — book a free readout if you want one.

Commercial terms in plain English

Before you pay.

  • £195, paid once, before work begins. No VAT is added because Citemark is not VAT registered.
  • Delivery within 2 working days of the agreed prompt set — the clock starts at agreement, not checkout.
  • The report is yours: share it with your team or your existing agency freely.
  • No subscription is created and nothing renews.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

Is this just the free scan with a price tag?

No. The free scan checks technical readiness only — it says so on the page. The Snapshot answers the question the scan cannot: what do AI engines actually say when a buyer asks, who do they name, and what do they cite. That requires repeated real observations, which is the paid work.

Why three observations per prompt?

Because single AI answers are unstable. One run is an anecdote; three timestamped runs let us report what appeared and how consistently, without pretending a one-off answer is a ranking.

Can my existing SEO agency use the output?

Yes, and that is a common way to buy it. The fix list is written so any competent implementer can action it, and the raw evidence means they can verify our reasoning rather than take our word.

What if the results show we're already visible?

Then the report says so, with the evidence, and we will not pitch you a retainer to fix a problem you do not have. Roughly the same effort goes into a good result as a bad one.

Not sure yet?

Run the free scan first.

The free readiness scan shows your score and top three findings in about sixty seconds, with no email required to see them. Buy Snapshot when the evidence says it is worth it.
